I recently stayed at this resort and, unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. One of the primary reasons for my disappointment was the condition of the bed in my room, which had a noticeable hole. - The resort's location is beautiful, with stunning views of the surrounding area. - The biggest issue was the bed in my room. It had a noticeable hole in the mattress, making it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. This seriously impacted the quality of my stay and my ability to rest. - Despite reporting the issue to the staff, no action was taken to resolve it during my stay. - The room itself showed signs of wear and tear, and it felt like it needed some maintenance and updates. - The Water kept in the room was filled in 7 up bottle which was shocking for us ( bottle should be crushed after use instead they served water to us) In summary, my experience at this resort was marred by the uncomfortable and damaged bed in my room. While there were some positive aspects, such as the location and the lack of attention to such a basic comfort issue was disappointing. I hope the resort takes steps to improve the condition of their rooms to provide a better experience for future guests. Inspite complaining the same to the manager they were not ready to listen and was neglecting us for the same after continuous call they said they will inform our reputed organization and thus it will effect our job. They also said they will post our pics which they took without our permission from pool side. We have not done anything wrong so we don't have to worry as well This review is to make sure the future guest should be aware of them. Hope they will correct themselves and serve better

one of the worst resort i have visited .the customer service is very bad.they don't arrange food properly. after raising complaint to their management they are threatening us. they are serving drinking water in used soft drinks bottles.

Had a very bad experience here. Very poor customer service. The resort's maintenance is poor. Also, they didn't offer accommodations for drivers. When asked, they claimed they were unable to provide this service, although all other resorts do it.

the resort staff is taking photo and threatening. only resort ambiance is good. rest everything is very bad. 1. checking timer delayed by 2 hr 2. do not give full amount has advance 3. staff taking costumer photos and threatening with that photos. 4. will the time we complaining to the manager the resort staff call to our current working company and threatening with our job.

One of the worst resort I have ever visited, they just name it as resort but no resort related facilities. We booked an AC room with breakfast, but the worst part is we got a room without AC and without a restaurant. They supply food from some mess. Worst maintained resort, no facilities, Swimming pool was not at all maintained. they charged us whooping Rs.8500/- without any facility. There are no restaurants near to this place as well. you need to travel fro 30 mins to go to the city and have food. we checked out same day without staying and a booked a decent hotel with AC for 3500 Within Wayanad city
